Claire Marshall

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Are you feeling low & lacking in motivation? Is worry taking over your life? Are negative/anxious thoughts and behaviours getting in the way of you living the life you want to lead? Then Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) could be for you.

As a fully BABCP accredited CBT therapist I can help you to learn new skills and strategies for getting in control of and freedom from symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Whilst following evidence-based CBT protocols, I tailor bespoke treatment plans based on your individual needs. Keeping you fully involved at all times, we will work together to give you the best possible experience for your therapy journey.

I have 15 years of working in mental health services, both NHS primary and secondary care. I am trained to treat depression, generalised anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), health anxiety, social phobia, specific phobias amongst many more common mental health problems.

I always keep up to date with training, research and newly developed treatment protocols – as a result I can now add treating Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BBD) and Adult ADHD using CBT, to my repertoire.

I am personable, compassion focused and humanistic in my approach. I work with adults and young people and endorse equality & diversity in my practice.

I look forward to working with you.
