Do I need a referral from my doctor or support worker?

No we are an independent counselling practice , which means you can self-refer and choose a time that fits in with you.

Is there a long waiting list?

No we try to keep our waiting lists short and our aim is to see you, when you need us and at a time that fits for you.

Can I have an evening or weekend appointment? 

Yes we offer both weekend and evening appointments

How do I arrange my appointment?

You can contact us directly and we will arrange your first appointment with you

I am a new mum and really don't want to be separated from my baby, can I bring him/her with me?

Yes we fully support this and would ask you to talk to us when you arrange your first appointment.

I have Mobility issues are you wheelchair friendly?

Yes we feel that its very important that our service  is accessible to all and we have a downstairs counselling room and bathroom facilities. Please could you mention this when booking your first appointment so we can ensure our downstairs counselling room is free for you to use.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes we have a limited number of parking spaces in the carpark at the back of our building. Alternatively there is on road parking on Park Street and a free car park at the end of Attleborough Rd. 

Can I bring someone with me for support?

Yes we have a small reception area downstairs.

How long is a counselling session?

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes, but you can book extra time if needed. Please talk to your counsellor for more information.
