Person Centred Counselling

Provides the required environment to allow a personal and confidential space to talk through any problems that may create a barrier to a happier and more fulfilled life.

This is a talking therapy where the client directs the session and remains in control of what is explored within counselling. Counselling is free from judgement and encourages an open and trusting relationship between the counsellor and the client. 

 You will not be asked to complete any activities or homework outside of the session and your counsellor will not take notes within the session. A counselling agreement is negotiated between the counsellor and the client to ensure a safe and boundried relationship.
