Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - CBT

CBT is a talking therapy that helps you identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative impact on your behaviour and your emotional wellbeing.

Through your course of treatment your therapist will help you to break down and identify your distorted and negative thoughts and feelings and together you will be able to identify your goals for positive change.

Through planed and guided interventions you will practice what you have learnt outside of the session through activities and worksheets.

CBT is a time limited therapy and works on your difficulties in the here and now.
