I am a highly motivated, compassionate, credentialed therapist with several years of professional work experience. I treat clients as individual humans who have individual experiences, needs and wants. I hold extensive knowledge and experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lack of motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion not as a number.

I will tailor our sessions to individual need and provide the best treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I strive to help others achieve their goals and receive both professional and personal satisfaction in doing so.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied a level 6 Counselling & Psychotherapy degree at the University of Warwick. I have spent time working as a therapist & coach within the NHS, Third sector organisations such as Mind as well as corporate organisations.

I am extremely passionate about human rights, fully support recovery-based work in adult mental health and have a natural ability to help individuals make positive changes.

I have completed various other additional training courses such a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Informed Therapy along with continuous professional development courses.
