I am a qualified Person-centred counsellor, it is a compassionate approach that empowers clients by providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings, helping them discover their own solutions and foster personal growth. I adapt my counselling approach to meet each client's individual needs during the therapeutic process. I have worked with clients from a range of backgrounds and cultures, including the LGBT+ community.
